I recently attended Jeilene’s retreat in beautiful Mount Shasta this past June to experience the summer solstice. I chose to bring my husband, our two teenage children, and my parents with me. While I could have more easily attended solo, I was at a crossroads where generational healing and clarity were calling.

Jeilene creates an incredibly unique and sacred container. Perhaps it was the combination of the powerful energy of Mount Shasta, the beautifully aligned group of participants, or Jeilene’s intuitive, grounded presence that made this retreat truly unforgettable. Everything unfolded in such a way so there was something for each person to grow. She holds space with such grace—both for the collective and for each individual—and the tools we learned, from breathwork to energetic practices, continue to support me in my daily life.
